The YUOU® sectional garage door adopts a modular segmented door panel structure. The door body runs smoothly along the vertical and horizontal guide rails, making full use of the top space. It is suitable for garage environments with high requirements for space utilization and operational stability. Door panels are typically composed of double-layer galvanized steel plates and high-density polyurethane foam cores. While ensuring structural strength, they effectively enhance the overall insulation, sound insulation and impact resistance performance.

In terms of structural design, the sectional garage door is equipped with a high-strength galvanized steel track system, precision roller assemblies and balance spring mechanisms, ensuring that the door body is evenly stressed and runs smoothly during opening and closing, reducing wear and failure rates during long-term use. The drive system can be optionally equipped with a dedicated motor and supports remote control, buttons and multiple intelligent control methods to ensure the efficiency of opening and closing as well as the safety of use.

Foam sandwich panels are utilized as the foundation for sectional garage doors.
The galvanized steel plate, with a thickness of 0.4mm, is coated with a layer of powder for added protection.The steel plate can be pre-colored before the coating process.

Beam Seals
