The stacked design enables this kind of door to be made over ten meters wide. Multiple wind-resistant rods are specially designed on the door curtain to maintain the stability of the door body and enhance its wind resistance. Our intelligent motors and controllers can also integrate various sensing devices, safety devices, etc. It also supports the control of speed and lifting position. And multiple intelligent functions such as multi-door system linkage.

Stacking high speed doors use premium PVC material that is both environmentally friendly and durable, suitable for frequent high-speed operation. Multiple colors are available to personalize the door to match your facility.

Motor and Controller

The stacking high speed door adopts a special motor specially designed for high speed operation.

It adopts advanced servo technology motors and control boxes from Italy. Adjustable speed, door curtain opening height, etc. The control box is equipped with an English interface for convenient use.

In addition, it adopts an absolute encoder paired with an internal incremental encoder. This dual encoder system ensures a low failure rate and enhances the reliability and performance of the door.

Lifting Belt

The stacking rapid door will be equipped with multiple lifting belts. Each strap will pass through all the wind-resistant poles. When the stacking rapid door is opened, these lifting belts pull the wind-resistant rods to raise the door curtain. Ultimately, the door curtains will stack up at the top of the door opening.

Sealed Brush

YUOU® stacking high speed door is equipped with high-density sealing brushes on the inner side of the track, which closely adhere to the door curtain. This effectively reduces the entry of dust and air through the gap between the track and the door curtain, further enhancing the overall sealing performance and meeting the usage scenarios with high requirements for environmental cleanliness.

Intelligent Safety Protection for High-Speed Operation

When a person or vehicle is beneath the stacking high speed door, the door immediately stops closing and automatically reverses. This safety feature prevents accidental collisions, protecting both personnel and vehicles. By quickly detecting and responding to obstacles, high-speed stacking doors maintain a safe and efficient working environment in industrial, warehouse, and workshop settings.

It is recommended to choose safety devices such as airbags as an option. Prevent accidents caused by the rapid door closing too fast. Enhance the safety of people or vehicles when they are passing through. It can also reduce the chance of the door being damaged due to accidents.

Bottom Beam Rubber Strip

We have equipped the bottom of the stacking rapid door with high-wear-resistant bottom beam rubber strips, which effectively reduce the bottom gap when the door is closed and enhance the overall sealing effect. Meanwhile, the rubber strip can reduce the direct friction between the door curtain and the ground, decrease wear and noise, and extend the service life of the door curtain.

High-Strength Guide Rails and Covers

Stacking fast doors feature two guide rails, a top cover box, and a motor cover, available in galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Stacking high speed doors support multiple opening methods to meet the demands of industrial and warehouse high-frequency use:

Speed

Although the stacking rapid door does not open in a rolling shutter style, its running speed is not affected at all. It can achieve the same maximum operating speed as the roller shutter rapid door.

Large Size

The special curtain lifting method of the stacking door enables it to support a width of up to tens of meters. If the size of a common roller shutter type rapid door is too wide, after opening, the roller will be too long and the uneven weight in the middle will not be able to bear it. However, the stacking door has multiple lifting belts, which make the entire door curtain bear force evenly and can withstand a wider size.

Wind Resistant

We designed wind-resistant rods for the stacking high speed door. Each stacking fast door will have multiple horizontal wind-resistant rods. The cylindrical steel wind-resistant rods are harder and more solid than the arc-shaped aluminum alloy wind-resistant rods of the PVC rapid roller shutter door. Therefore, the wind resistance of the stacking rapid door is stronger than that of PVC rapid roller shutter door, zipper rapid doors and other rapid doors.

Energy Efficiency

The rapid operation of these doors reduces energy consumption by minimizing the escape of cold air and preventing temperature fluctuations. Reducing the demand for refrigeration also lowers energy costs.
