The YUOU® zipper high speed door is a type of rapid door in which the door curtain and the track are connected by a zipper. The design of the zipper makes the entire door more airtight, meeting the usage standards of hospitals or laboratories. We have also equipped this type of door with an automatic repositioning capability. When the door curtain accidentally leaves the track, it can automatically return to its original position, thus extending its service life. The speed adjustment function, sensing function and safety device can all be integrated and controlled through our intelligent motor and controller.

The color, window and door opening method can all be selected. Supports function customization. Within 12 months of purchase, if there are any quality issues with the product, free replacement parts will be provided. Lifetime technical guidance services are provided.

Zipper

The zipper-type connection structure keeps the door curtain in a highly sealed state with the track. Combined with the intelligent reset wheel system, it effectively prevents the zipper from misaligning, enhancing the overall operational safety and durability.

Motor and Controller

The zipper high speed door utilizes a special motor designed specifically for high speed operations and is crafted with the industry’s top manufacturing technology.

Featuring Italy’s advanced servo technology motor and controller, the system is equipped with an English interface for ease of use.

Additionally, it employs an absolute encoder paired with an inbuilt incremental encoder. This double encoder system ensures a low failure rate, enhancing the door’s reliability and performance.

Zipper high speed doors are equipped with two guide rails, a top cover box, and a motor cover, available in galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Speed

Even the rapid roller shutter door with a zipper structure does not affect its operating speed in the slightest. It can still maintain the same speed upper limit as the ordinary PVC rapid roller shutter door. The combination of the two features of the high-speed zipper chain can maximize the dust-proof and anti-bacterial performance of the zipper rapid door.
