The YUOU® PVC rapid door is specially designed for speed and dust prevention. The simple structure of the PVC rapid door enables it to be applied in most indoor and outdoor places such as flushing and refrigeration. The soft and lightweight door curtains do not take up much space when stored and do not require any architectural renovation. The speed and lifting height can be adjusted according to the working rhythm.
The design also takes into account the addition of more security features. A variety of safety devices such as radar, light sensors, police lights and airbags are all supported for installation. The smart motors and control boxes we use also support the integration of various different door opening methods. Including radar, geomagnetic induction, pull ropes and remote controls, etc.

Motor and Controller
The PVC high speed door utilizes a special motor designed specifically for high speed operations and is crafted with the industry’s top manufacturing technology.
Featuring Italy’s advanced servo technology motor and controller, the system is equipped with an English interface for ease of use.
Additionally, it employs an absolute encoder paired with an inbuilt incremental encoder. This double encoder system ensures a low failure rate, enhancing the door’s reliability and performance.
Sealed Brush
Stacking high speed doors are equipped with high-density sealing brushes on the inner side of the track, closely adhering to the door curtain. This effectively prevents dust and air from entering through the track gaps. Photocell Sensor
