The door panels of YUOU® industrial sliding doors usually adopt a high-strength PU polyurethane sandwich panel structure, which is composed of double-layer metal panels and high-density insulation core materials. The sandwich structure not only enhances the overall rigidity of the door panel but also provides excellent heat insulation and sound insulation performance, ensuring the stability and durability of the door body in industrial environments.
The metal layer on the surface of the door panel has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, which endows it with excellent weather resistance and impact resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor or complex industrial environments. The thick core structure enables the door panel to maintain excellent wind resistance and structural stability even in large-sized door openings, providing reliable strength support for industrial sliding doors.
Edge Cover of Door Panel
The four sides of the industrial sliding door panel are reinforced with aluminum alloy or galvanized steel edge structure, effectively enhancing the overall strength and edge stability of the door panel. Metal edge banding not only enhances the impact resistance of the door panel during opening and closing, but also prevents the edges of the door panel from deforming or wearing out due to long-term use.

The sealing rubber strip is installed at the connection position of the door panel, which can effectively fill the gap and reduce the entry of air, dust and rainwater into the indoor space.
