The YUOU® industrial sectional door with back ribs is specially designed for high wind pressure and strong sandstorm environments. It significantly enhances the overall strength and wind resistance by strengthening the structure at the back of the door panel. This series of sectional door offers two structural solutions: back-ribbed door panels and external back-ribbed ones, based on different door opening sizes and usage requirements, to achieve more reasonable force distribution and higher structural stability.

For conventional-sized industrial sectional door, adding external back ribs on the basis of the original door panel structure can effectively enhance the rigidity of the door body, improve wind resistance, and at the same time take into account cost and installation efficiency. For super-large-sized industrial sectional door, especially those with wide spans, a back-ribbed door panel structure is adopted. By integrating reinforcing ribs inside the door panel, the door body can maintain good flatness and stability under large-scale wind exposure, avoiding deformation or operational obstruction.

Door Panel with Back Ribs

The back-ribbed door panel integrates a high-strength reinforcing rib structure on the back of the door panel. By increasing the overall rigidity of the door panel, it effectively enhances the wind pressure resistance and deformation resistance. This structure can keep the door panel flat and stable under conditions of large-scale wind exposure or frequent operation, avoiding bending and operational deviation caused by wind pressure or self-weight.

External Back Rib

External back ribs are installed on the back of the standard door panel structure of industrial sectional door, with independent reinforcing ribs added to enhance the overall rigidity and wind resistance of the door body. This design can effectively enhance the load-bearing capacity of the door body without changing the main structure of the door panel and reduce the deformation of the door panel during wind exposure or operation.
 
The external back rib solution is suitable for conventional-sized industrial sectional door. It enhances structural strength while taking into account cost and installation efficiency.

For reinforced sectional overhead doors with back ribs, the balance spring system effectively offsets the increased panel weight, enabling stable and reliable lifting through a steel wire rope.

Bottom Wireless Safety Airbag
