Door curtains are usually made of multiple layers of high-strength fiber materials, featuring excellent tear resistance and flexibility. When subjected to external force impacts, they can effectively absorb energy and reduce structural damage.
The overall weight of the door body is relatively light. Combined with an efficient drive system, it can achieve rapid opening and closing, improving the passage efficiency. Meanwhile, flexible structures are more adaptable in large-span applications, capable of meeting the demands of ultra-wide and ultra-high door openings, and maintaining stable operation under complex working conditions.

YUOU® flexible hangar doors use high-strength PVC industrial fabric curtains as the core material of the door body. They are usually composed of multi-layer composite structures and have excellent tensile and tear resistance, which can meet the usage requirements of large-sized door bodies. Even under frequent opening and closing and external force impacts, the fabric curtain still maintains good flexibility and structural stability.
The surface of PVC fabric curtains has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for outdoor environments and complex climatic conditions. Meanwhile, the material has certain windproof and sealing effects, which helps to reduce air flow exchange and improve overall usage efficiency. It is an important component for flexible hangar doors to achieve lightweight and high performance.
Steel Structure
YUOU® fabric mega door adopts a high-strength steel structure frame as the overall support system, providing a stable and reliable structural foundation for large-sized flexible door bodies. The frame has been reinforced in design, featuring excellent wind resistance and load-bearing capacity, and can maintain overall stability in applications with ultra-wide and ultra-high door openings.
The key load-bearing parts of the steel structure are reinforced to ensure that the door body is evenly stressed under frequent opening and closing and complex working conditions, and is less likely to deform or experience structural fatigue. The surface has undergone anti-corrosion treatment and has excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for application scenarios such as hangars and industrial plants where high structural strength and durability are required.
Motor
YUOU® flexible fold up hangar door is equipped with a dedicated drive motor system, designed for large-sized and lightweight door bodies, and features stable output and efficient operation capabilities. The motor can drive large-area PVC fabric curtains to open and close quickly and smoothly, meeting the requirements for passage efficiency in hangars and large industrial sites.
The drive system has been optimally designed to ensure the opening and closing speed while reducing operational vibration and noise, and enhancing overall stability. The motor can be equipped with automatic control and safety protection devices, adapting to high-frequency use and complex working conditions.
