YUOU® cold room door is specially designed for low-temperature cold storage environments. It adopts a heavy-duty sliding structure, and the door body slides horizontally along the wall direction to open without occupying the space inside the cold storage. It is suitable for medium and large-sized cold storages and scenarios with frequent entry and exit operations.

The door panel adopts a high-density PU polyurethane core structure, which has excellent thermal insulation performance, effectively reducing cold loss and maintaining a stable temperature inside the warehouse. High-performance sealing strips are installed around the door body. When closed, they closely fit the door frame to prevent cold air leakage and the entry of hot air from the outside, thereby enhancing the overall energy-saving effect.

The track and guidance system have been optimized in design to ensure smooth operation of the door body in low-temperature environments. Meanwhile, an anti-freezing device can be optionally equipped to prevent ice formation and affect usage. The YUOU® cold storage sliding door has a stable structure and strong sealing performance, making it suitable for application scenarios with high requirements for insulation and reliability, such as cold chain warehousing, food processing, and low-temperature logistics.

Door Panel

The core of every YUOU® sliding cold room door is a high-performance, lightweight insulated panel designed to minimize thermal transfer. Constructed with 75mm to 200mm of high-density, CFC-free polyurethane (PU) foam injected between food-grade galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel sheets, the door delivers exceptional R-values for both medium chillers and deep freezers down to -50°C.

Track

The top track is a curve form. When the door is closed, the door leaf automatically presses the floor and the door frame, with good sealing performance is guaranteed. When opened, the door leaf leaves the doorframe and rises, reducing the friction between the sealing rubber strip and the door frame and floor.

Manual Device

Both manual and electric cold storage doors are equipped with dedicated manual opening devices. Through the mechanical transmission structure, the operator can easily push the door body to slide smoothly along the track, ensuring that the passage of the cold storage is not affected by electricity.

The manual device combines low-resistance guide rails with a high-quality pulley system design, ensuring smooth operation even in low-temperature environments and reducing operational resistance. The structure is simple and reliable, with low maintenance requirements, providing a safe and stable guarantee for the daily use and emergency conditions of cold storage.

Motor

YUOU® cold storage door is equipped with a special motor for low temperatures, which can maintain stable output and reliable operation in low-temperature environments. The motor adopts a low-temperature resistant lubrication and sealing design to ensure no jamming or performance decline under cold storage conditions, meeting the long-term usage requirements.

The motor drives the door body to slide smoothly along the track through a stable transmission system. It opens and closes smoothly with low noise, making it suitable for frequent entry and exit operations. The system supports button or remote control and can be configured with safety protection devices to enhance the safety of use and the convenience of operation, which is an important guarantee for the stable operation of the cold storage door.

Air Curtain Machine(Recommended)

The sliding door of the cold storage can be used in conjunction with the air curtain machine.

The air curtain machine is installed above the door body. Through high-speed airflow, it forms an “air barrier” at the door, effectively preventing the exchange of indoor and outdoor air. This air flow barrier can reduce the loss of cold or warm air, while preventing dust, insects and odors from entering the indoor space, enhancing the overall environmental cleanliness. Air curtain machines can significantly reduce temperature fluctuations and alleviate the load on refrigeration or heating systems, thereby achieving energy-saving effects.

Airtight Dropping Track System

We utilize a precision-engineered, heavy-duty aluminum track with an innovative "down-and-in" dropping mechanism. When closing, the door actively drops down and presses inward against the frame, instantly compressing the perimeter EPDM gaskets. This creates a flawless, airtight seal that prevents cold air from escaping and warm, humid air from infiltrating.

Built-In Anti-Freezing Heating Wires

In sub-zero environments, condensation quickly turns into ice, freezing doors shut. For our freezer models, YUOU® integrates specialized low-voltage heating cables (heaters) directly into the door frame and the bottom sweep gasket. This crucial feature entirely prevents ice buildup and frost, ensuring the door glides open smoothly and effortlessly, 24/7, without damage to the seals.

Effortless Manual & Automatic Operation

Industrial cold room doors are heavy, but operating them shouldn't be. Our advanced track systems are fitted with robust, self-lubricating nylon bearing wheels that allow even a 200kg door to be opened effortlessly by hand.
