We use double-layer PVC fabric curtains and fill them with thickened insulation cotton inside to enhance the heat insulation capacity of the rapid door. Heating wires are installed inside the track to prevent the connection between the door curtain and the track from freezing and thus being unable to operate. It can be combined with multiple door opening methods to improve passage efficiency and reduce the exchange of cold and hot air.

The color, door opening method can all be selected. Within 12 months of purchase, if there are any quality issues with the product, free replacement parts will be provided. Lifetime technical guidance services are provided.

Structure Diagram

PVC Fabric

The PVC material used in high speed doors is not only environmentally friendly but also safe and sturdy. Select from a wide array of colors to personalize your doors according to your preferences.

High-density insulation rock wool is filled inside the PVC. The total thickness can reach 20mm.

Auto-Reset Design

The curtain and track connection of the freezer high speed roll up door is designed with zipper.

Use zipper to connect the fabric with frame side guide rail as a whole body, realizing better sealing performance and air-tightness.

And when there is accident collision, the fabric can get out from guide rail and return automatically, this reduces daily maintenance.

Anti-Freezing Heating Design

The system adopts advanced Italian servo technology motors and controllers, and is equipped with an English interface for convenient use.

In addition, it adopts an absolute encoder paired with an internal incremental encoder. This dual encoder system ensures a low failure rate and enhances the reliability and performance of the door.
