To meet diverse operational needs, we offer two lip configurations: the robust Hinged Lip (Swing Lip) for standard loading cycles, and the advanced Telescopic Lip, which extends steplessly for millimeter-precise placement on fully loaded trailers. Both systems are powered by a highly reliable dual-cylinder electro-hydraulic unit for effortless, push-button operation.

Material

YUOU® hydraulic dock leveler features an ultra-robust steel construction. The main platform is forged from high-tensile, anti-slip chequered steel plate, massively reinforced underneath with tightly spaced continuous U-beam profiles. This rigid framework effectively distributes concentrated wheel loads, completely eliminating the risk of deck warping or “dishing” over years of high-frequency use. Furthermore, the critical high-impact lip is milled from tear plate steel for a seamless, bump-free transition, while the entire assembly is finished with a premium anti-corrosive powder coating to guarantee decades of rust-free reliability in the harshest loading bays.

Motor

The heart of the YUOU® dock leveler is its premium, fully enclosed electro-hydraulic power pack. Driven by a high-efficiency, industrial-grade AC motor (typically 0.75kW to 1.1kW), the system delivers smooth, powerful, and whisper-quiet lifting performance even under maximum load capacity. Designed for relentless, high-frequency loading cycles, the motor features built-in thermal overload protection to completely prevent overheating and ensure years of uninterrupted operation.

Hydraulic Oil

Coupled with the robust motor is a precision-engineered hydraulic pump and manifold block, utilizing high-quality aviation-grade hydraulic fluid. This sealed system guarantees rapid platform elevation and exact lip extension, operating flawlessly in extreme temperature environments—from freezing cold storage facilities to sweltering summer heat—without the risk of fluid degradation, sluggish movement, or messy oil leaks.

Sealing Rubber Strip
