YUOU® high-quality mechanical dock shelters are designed to maximize the efficiency and protective capabilities of loading and unloading platforms. Our door cover is designed with a sturdy foldable steel frame and heavy-duty PVC curtain fabric, forming a flexible “passage” that can accommodate trucks and trailers of various sizes. This specialized design enables vehicles to retracts directly into the interior of the door cover, where reinforced fabric curtains closely adhere to both sides and the top of the container, forming an outstanding barrier against rain, strong winds, dust and insects.

The frame of the mechanical dock shelter is specially designed to absorb unexpected impacts caused by deviations in truck parking. It can fold inward to prevent structural damage and then spring back to its original position. To ensure long-lasting performance in high-frequency loading and unloading environments, the front curtain fabric is made of ultra-tough and tear-resistant PVC fabric with extremely high tensile strength. The curtain is equipped with highly visible yellow alignment strips, which can guide drivers to enter the parking space safely and accurately even in dim light or bad weather.

Reversing a heavy truck is imprecise, and accidental impacts are inevitable. That's why our dock shelters feature a robust, hinged steel framework that is fully retractable. If an off-center truck strikes the shelter, the frame intelligently collapses inward and upward, absorbing the massive kinetic energy without sustaining structural damage. Once the truck departs, the frame smoothly springs back to its original position.

Extreme Tear & Abrasion Resistance

Constant friction from trailers bouncing up and down during loading (dock walk) destroys inferior materials in months. The curtains of YUOU® dock shelters are manufactured from high-tensile, industrial-grade PVC fabric (weighing up to 1000g/m²). Furthermore, the critical wear zones on the side curtains are reinforced with overlapping protective armor pleats, drastically extending the lifespan of the shelter in high-traffic environments.
