YUOU® heavy-duty impact traffic doors are engineered specifically to withstand the rigorous daily demands of carts, pallet jacks, and even light forklift traffic. Built for ultimate durability and seamless workflow, these double-acting doors provide a reliable, hands-free barrier that separates environments while ensuring effortless passage for your staff.

Constructed from premium, impact-resistant materials—such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), rugged ABS plastic, or commercial-grade stainless steel—our door panels are virtually indestructible. To absorb severe shocks, the lower sections are reinforced with heavy-duty teardrop bumpers. Inside, the door leaf features a moisture-resistant, lightweight insulated core, which not only provides structural rigidity but also offers excellent sound reduction and thermal separation between temperature-controlled zones (like cold storage to prep areas).

We adopt the advanced V-cam hinge system. This heavy-duty self-closing gravity hinge allows the door body to smoothly open to 90 degrees in both directions with minimal force, and then gently and automatically rebound to the perfect center closing position. It offers custom sizes, a wide range of color options, and comes standard with a flat double-layer window to ensure a clear view.

Door Panel

The door panel of the YUOU® impact door adopts a high-strength composite structure design, composed of an impact-resistant panel and an internal reinforcing frame, featuring excellent impact resistance. Under frequent passage or equipment collision during transportation, the door panel is not prone to deformation or damage and can quickly return to its original state, ensuring long-term stable use.

The surface of the door panel is wear-resistant and easy to clean, making it suitable for high-frequency usage environments such as food processing, logistics channels and industrial workshops. The overall structure is lightweight and high-strength, ensuring durability while reducing opening resistance, making the door opening and closing more flexible and smooth.

Window

YUOU® impact door window is made of double-layer PMMA material, which has excellent impact resistance and meets the safety usage requirements. It can maintain a good condition even in long-term and high-frequency collision environments, is not prone to cracking or failure, and is suitable for high-intensity usage scenarios such as logistics channels and industrial workshops.

Even in extreme cases of damage, PMMA material will not produce sharp fragments like ordinary glass, effectively reducing safety risks and enhancing overall safety and reliability in use.

Automatic Return to Position

YUOU® impact door is equipped with an automatic return device, and the door shaft adopts a special eccentric structure design. When the door body is opened, a return force opposite to the opening direction will be generated along the eccentric axis, causing the door body to automatically return to the closed position without external force.

This structure does not require an additional power system and relies on mechanical principles to achieve automatic closure, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Even in high-frequency passage environments, the door can remain closed in a timely manner, effectively enhancing the sealing performance and usage efficiency of the passage. It is suitable for food, logistics and industrial sites.

Auti-collision Rubber Plate

YUOU® impact door is equipped with an arc-shaped structure anti-collision rubber plate, which has excellent elasticity and buffering performance. The arc-shaped design can effectively disperse the impact force when impacted, reducing damage to the door body and surrounding structures.

This rubber sheet features excellent wear resistance and resilience, capable of withstanding long-term and frequent impacts without cracking or deforming. It is suitable for use in logistics channels, workshops, and high-frequency traffic environments, enhancing overall durability and safety.
